Lost in the Hidings

by Andrew Smith Gamilla   Sep 6, 2008

A dark cloud covered me with fear
It seems that tomorrow has find its match
All was an illusion that I was strong
I learned that I too had Achilles heel

Decades was not enough to cover my mistakes
Later came and now followed
Both were laughing of what they saw
They caught me on the act – doing what I hid

Presently I am convinced that victory
is not really mine
The game I played a thousand years
was brought to ruins
Luck bids me farewell; it hopes to see me soon
As for now, I lost in the game I made in the hidings
