Nature's Course

by Andrew Smith Gamilla   Sep 6, 2008

The wind gushes through me
Caressing me with its blow
Whistling its melodious voice
That whispers the hymn of life

I came across with the striking heat of the sun
Blinding everyone who sees its beaming light
The heat it produces strikes me often
Melting the coldness within my inner most pain

After that, a drop of water fell down from the sky
And I know it is a blessing for those whose drought
It will quench the thirsty soil that awaits its coming
The clear droplets signifies hope for those who are in despair

When rain stops pouring, light simmers
across the threshold of the sky
Bringing forth a beautiful bow with glittering lights
that brightens up every odds
It gives joy to a heart full of aches
making a new aura of love
Love, in the end, finds its way
Back again to God's loving embrace
