Paid The Price

by Lindsay   Sep 6, 2008

I'm no longer waiting for your calls,
I'm not staring at the phone,
You're not worthy of my tears,
Even if I feel really alone,
I'm not going to be afraid to say I'm single,
I'm not going to fear being apart,
You were a jerk and you've ruined this,
We've been fighting since the start!
I don't know how we thought it'd work,
We're not suited to stay,
You picked at all our flaws,
and it's time you paid the price.
