Cause It's Tearing Me Apart

Id dearly love to talk about it, but dont know where to start,
But i really need someone to listen, 'cause its tearing me apart.
You dont have to help me, just listen to what i have to say,
Then you can forget about it, and ill beg for help another day.

Sound desperate? Ofcourse it would.
I do need help, and i should ask, but not sure i could.
I dont want to be given up on, again and again.
'Cause i cant take anymore, and i need my heart to mend.

I dont want to fall to pieces, after ive pulled myself from the ground.
But how can i not, when youre kicking me while im down?
What do you expect me to say?
To finally get your help, i cant ask, 'cause that simply not okay.

Just atleast listen, anyone..please?
I just need to talk, to feel a bit of ease.
