When It Hurts....

The pain hurts, it aches my heart. My soul burns from within; fueled by hatred, jealousy and rage. You had me devastated at once, but know that I finally opened these eyes to see. I now ask myself "Did I truly believe that she was the one for me?" This answer lies within the scar that has penetrated my heart. It hurts me to know I said I love you and you said it back. You looked me in the eyes and quoted "I will always be here for you no matter what", was it all a lie? I'm the best thing that has stepped into your life(you let me go) and without me your are just another pretty face. My strive is over and I'm ready for something new, being with you has taught me alot and the main thing was that your not worthy of me. You threw me away and I still wanted you back, you kicked me in the face and I still crawled back. I learned to overcome, forgive and forget. I deserve so much more and someone better. :) Its funny how things come to be, now Its all about me.....

...My heart has been silenced for the last time...
