I really enjoyed this. I thought the emotions seemed genuine. I did notice, however, that the fourth line has seven syllables.

"For those empty arms open"

For - 1, those - 1, emp/ty - 2, arms - 1, op/en - 2.

But that's the only thing I saw that would go against the rules of the form. Everything else? Perfect, as usual. :]
