Love Is Blind

by Beautiful Forever   Sep 11, 2008

So frightened - chilling to the bone,
A soft kiss - you're all alone,
Greater temptations of lust scream,
Losing your soul inside this dream,

Fear of falling has become so real,
Tears are calling your heart to steal,
Years of stalling have made this deal,
Sold to the devil just to feel,

Walk away from the fake path you lead,
Control your heart until you succeed,
Steal time for the sake of surviving,
Then watch your new life as it's thriving,

Run to a safe place with love in mind,
Accept these new arms with a heart so kind,
Now let go of the fear you've fallen to,
While accepting the words, "I love you"

Oh, this is a sweet poem. Really sweet. I loved it. You have a really awesome talent with flow. A lot of people can't get it done properly, but you did. The words were choosen perfectly, as well.
And the last line gave me shivers.
    Write some more?
