I am so pleased you have decided to write in this form. It is a new favourite of mine. I love the challenge of syllabells per line and I can see you have rhymed as well, so doubly difficult.

Dark poetry always seems to have a rich depth about it, and here in your Nonet, the rich depth of pending death is evident.
You may want to check the 2nd line down, for syllabell count, I think I counted 7. You could rectify this by simply addint The at the beginning :)
