Alfred

Alfred my boy where have you gone,
I'm so sorry it was me in the wrong,
i should have just left it but now I'm afraid,
that I'll never see your face again,
i cry every night and day now I'm on my own,
you never really get used to eating dinner all alone,
cooking for two is a habit it's all i ever knew,
come back to me please i can't live without you,
i need you here and that's all i ever said,
but i just can't except the fact that you're dead,
when you got ill it was so hard to hold on,
i wanted to leave but now that you're gone,
i look at the clothes that you'll never again wear,
i look at the comb that once brushed your hair,
i look at the photos all the memories you've given me,
in my life i was the passenger it's you who have driven me,
and now I'm alone darkness pours in,
i die slowly from the pain deep within,
my heart died with you and now everything feels wrong,
come back Alfred my boy i can't except that you're gone!
