Two Souls

by charles   Sep 14, 2008

Two souls enter this world
at different times and from different places
The forces of nature shall bring them together
through an un-spoken understanding
The two become as one together
giving of themselves, asking nothing in return
Just thankful they were chosen above the rest
they go on together down life's path
Until one moment one is gone
and the other is left to carry on
Ever faithful, loyal and true
the empty days and lonely nights are worth it
For one day the two shall be re-united
and their spirits will soar
To fly together once again
into eternity
