Trilogy of Pain - Extreme Viewer Discreation Advised

by Prince Jared   Sep 14, 2008

Part One: Carving

I dim all my lights
And light a candle
I turn on music loud
So nobody will hear my screams

Beside me on a table
Lay my new best friends
A silvery-colored razor blade
And a jagged-tooth saw

I pick up the sharp razor
And make a quick, deep slash
My scream of pain echoes
"Oh, my God! Help me!"

My scarlet blood flows out
As I slash again and again
The music drowns out my cries
Only a little bit left to go now

I complete my body art
By raking my gaping wounds
With my saw; I fall to the floor
Thrashing about with searing pain

Sobbing, I stare at my wrist
Because in my flesh is carved out
Only the first letter of your name
And many more have to follow

Part 2: Decapitation

After your name dances up
And down both of my arms
From wrist to shoulder and
From other shoulder to other wrist

I take my blood-stained razor
And hold it close to my ears
With several swift, quick strokes
I will hear no evil again

Six or seven jabs to my head
Leave my eyeballs hanging loose
By now, I am numb from pain
I will see no evil again

I sharply suck in my breath
As the razor is stuck in my mouth
It only takes one delicate slice
I will speak no evil again

The pain...is too much...now
...can hardly...think......oh God!
Is this how...you want me to be?
I...only...did this...just...for her......

Part Three: Aftermath

I'm unconscious now, heart throbbing
Head spinning, blood spilling
It'll only be a matter of time and
I wonder what death is like...?

The music is still playing loud
But I can't see to stop it
I can't hear it either, but my
Feelings feel it vibrating the floor

Speaking of which, the entire latter
Is busy soaking up my blood
Which pumps out more and more
With every second that goes by

Just think, this all started with you
But not that I'm blame-shifting
I want you to learn a valuable lesson
And replace my image in a mirror with yours

No, wait...replace it with His face
His blood, His pain, His grace
Why do you hurt yourself when
He's already been hurt for you?

Why do you think your sacrifice
Is any greater than His sacrifice?
You should know better than that
So throw away your razor forever

    Thanks. :)

  • Very well written... pain can be such a horrid thing.. it is when you do it for some one else, even worse when you do it to your self. this is a great piece of art. violent, twisted and agonazing truth..
    keep it up...
