Have you ever

Have you ever stayed up all night with tears in your eyes?
Have you ever cut yourself just to see if you were still alive?
Have you ever told everyone that nothing was ever wrong?
Have you ever broken down when you weren't feeling strong?

Have you ever written down what went on that day?
Have you ever thought it wasn't supposed to be this way?
Have you ever lied to people so they'd leave you alone?
Have you ever felt lonely and cold to the bone?

Well that's how I feel, and that's how it all goes,
This is my everyday life; it's my own personal show,
I produce the show, and I play all of the cast,
I do it every day; it's my future and my past,

I'm just the author writing all the tiny little notes,
Writing every day, and keeping track of my notes,
Its my life, and this is the way it will always go,
My life is hell, that much is all I know.
