Your poem makes total sense.. It is what everyone wants to ask their friend but are to scared to do it.

It makes sense to my interpretation. it's saying what if I allowed you to see my, the whole of me, and what if I told you everything that was on my mind, would you be there to listen, would you still be in my presence, would you accept me, would you just be there or just walk away, perhaps like the rest who have not bothered.
