Inside Out

by FELTON PHILLIPS   Sep 17, 2008

Inside out, describes a life
consumed by misdirection
but not without purpose.
Consciously choosing
to free flow through life
is a bold and brave choice
not to be undertaken
by the faint of heart
or one whose faith is
without substance.

Life without form or structure
is not pointless,
it is to be celebrated as a life lived
on a most primal level
ultimately leaving one connected
to the past and the present.

One can only consider the future as it is shaped by past and present actions, as well as factors outside of one's control.
Luck a renegade variable is a force to be reckoned with,
not to be feared but accepted as part of life's equation.
