The vast sea there was
Only betwixt you and me,
Very cold and rough it was sometimes
But suddenly it opened up like the Red sea,
To thy shore I run betwixt the sea walls
Yet fearing no LOVE I'd find in thee.
The sea behind me is closed
Betwixt now and forevermore,
Only a path to Mt. LOVE thou and I wished
Taking then betwixt every pain and pleasure,
Atop under the brilliant stars thou paused
A little but thy kisses were on fire.
As sun replaced Venus our eyes
Affixed betwixt sea and land below,
Till last night there was nothing but sands
Now there is an oasis betwixt us as we glow,
Thou billow endless and thy rapture flows
Betwixt thy breaths fast and slow.
