Just Holding On

Sleeping with tears as they role down her face
Dreaming of everything she wishes she could forget
Then waking up to a world full of regret

She used to be, once in her life, happy
Then it all faded away
All she could do was watch it happen
Without having anything to say

She now lives in a nightmare that never seems to end
A nightmare filled with sorrow
She tries her best to hold on
Hold on until tomorrow

As days go by days get harder
As days go by nights get darker
