There are times when I cannot find words to give justice to you -
- times when no matter what I write; something seems to be missing
To simply write - you put meaning into my day or my life means nothing without you -
- are just inadequate words because to describe you would take many years of effort.
When I wake up each morning I look for you to be beside me then share my daily life
As I lay looking at you sleeping I can see the delicate lines of you that God furnished
He sculptured you in the likeness of no other person and your beauty travelled to me through time
Just watching you lie there breathing brings me such excitement and gives me a marvellous sense of awe.
Should the sky be darkened by heavy cloud I know when you awaken the sun will shine
Yes my lovely Orchid Lady, the sun will rise over the mountains then caress you with its rays
You will look at me in your individual way that signals to me the love living in your heart
And I will hold you in my arms knowing I am holding the most beautiful flower in my world.
Then our moments will be absorbed into our private land of sheer bliss and togetherness -
- a time when time itself seems to stand still as we lay in each others arms oblivious to the morning
Importance itself is being beside you fully knowing the joy you have brought into my life
If you were ever taken away from me I would simply cease living and whither away.
The truth is; we were destined to be together - we were destined to meet and fall in love
In another part of our life which is yet to come; aged and perhaps a little more feeble
We will look at each other with love in our hearts and excitement showing in our eyes
Knowing an Orchid Lady and an Orchid Man remained together in love as they had always been.
