For You

by Wings Of Flames   Sep 20, 2008

Droplets upon tile,
Ribbon trail descend.
Take me somewhere else,
Alone the heart will mend.

Rain dusted sky,
Lead me to embrace.
I fear you with ache.
Within all of your grace.

Long to be cold,
Warmth shall burn.
Fold my heart in two,
Sparrow doth return.

Frost elipses beckon,
Upon my final hour.
No tree-born lover,
And now sadness,
Devour.

This piece, to me, just seemed to be filled with words. By that, I mean, that the words didn't seem to interact with one another - they didn't make lines, but rather, were just lines of words. I just felt it had no story, or point. I apologise if this seems harsh, but I can't explain it any better, sorry.
