I haven't left you a big long comment in a while..

Evergreen falls in the forest
No, it won't make a sound
In the end we're just ashes
Ashes, we all fall down

^^ First, I really liked the use of common sayings through out the entire piece. But this was my favourite, ring around the roseys just means more to me..also, the wording is very well done.

All's well that ends well
Well, that is what they say
Well I want to know
Who decides the end anyway

^^ That's very true. Who decides...it's not the end right now anyway, jesse..

Cause it sure as hell ain't happy
No this poem is not sweet
It's not sensible
Or happy
It's riddled with defeat

^^ "it's not sensible or happy" <---- put it on one line or else it screws the flow up....but i also love that. it's not sensible or happy, jesse. too bad reality isn't usually either of those. but reading it made me want to cry..

They say never say never
Never mind what I say
I said it to get me
Through this never ending day

^^ Today is never ending... : / i hate days like that.

They tell us in writing
Actions speak louder than words
That's why the louder you scream
The less you'll be heard

^^ That makes me think of when i was in the hotel and i screamed at my mom and she just shut down. or when i talked to uphoria and i was angry and she just...she stopped listening. Funny how that works.

They say it's better late then never
Never mind, i didn't say it
Practice makes perfect, but nobody is
They take what they want just to break it

^^ The last two lines were hard to stomach, for me. We all want to be so perfect and we never get to and it's just so stuipd and frustrating..
