Who are you now?
Do you even know anymore?
Or have you forgotten
Have you lost yourself in all the madness this world has thrown at you?

I tried to save you

Did you want to change?
Become someone new
Was I not enough?

Are we just the same
But different too

Maybe that's what went wrong
It was too right
And neither of us deserves perfect things

That's the cycle of life
And we have to live it

Why should we have that happiness?

The kiss wouldn't have made it better
It had to be this way
It's just a nice thought...

A nice thought

It lightens up the darkness
