Self-Acceptance

by Marisa Lishay   Jun 6, 2004

Self-Acceptance is a big part in who I have allowed myself to become. If I don't accept it, it doesn't effect me. I won't allow it.

I have accepted it all,
from dirty knees,
and broken toys, to
begging mommy please and
riding in cars with boys.
I have accepted it all.
Just one part i haven't fully accepted,
I just can't.

The fact that you did it, and
the fact that I don't know why.
