Its been a year
since you walked out of my life
foolish of me to even believe
there would never be a "good-bye".

three years...
they flew by
i should of known
you would be the one to make me cry.

i miss the walk in the halls
the laughs and the smiles
but most of all
how we shined in the isles.

you meant everything to me
why couldn't you just see?
it was my heart that you were leaving
not an enemy.

today Ive realized that
you were never worth my pain
and that without you..
life could be the same

so today will be the las time
