Hope

Nothing has ever hit me.
As hard as the pain that i feel.
I feel like im just dreaming.
But i know this all is real.

I can't make you be with me.
I can't make your feelings change.
I can't let you go at all truthfully.
Cuz without you im not the same.

My heart still beats.
But with every pump it beats weaker.
My love still continues grows.
And with every smile it grows deeper.

Every time you touch me.
It reminds me of what we were.
And every time I look at you.
I see why it lasted a year.

Every night is restless.
When your not here by my side.
And every day seems longer.
As i cry while the time goes by.

I can't think straight anymore.
My life is falling apart.
Along with every thing else there is.
And even my broken heart.

Hope is all i have left to lean on.
I just want my baby back.
And if thats not what you wanted.
Then i guess id just have to live with that.
