Break me down?

Make me feel like i'm going to drown?
You say that you love me
but where are you when i need you most?
Where is your kiss, your words to comfort me?
Where is your heart?
Why did you set me free?
I want you with me day or night.
I need your embrace to take away my fright.
I miss you more than ever.
When i turn on the radio i hear songs about us.
The good times, the bad.
How can i be happy and sad?
I want you here because i need you and yet i hate you and never want to see you.
You break me down, make me believe you and then you hurt me.
Make me frown.
I don't think you understand i'd never leave you.
