The One

The one person that makes me so happy and so light,
Is the one that makes me cry out in pain and heartache.

You cannot fix me, only I can fix me.
At this point, to others, I'm unfixable.

I need to learn how to cope with pain and how to survive and love again.

I'm more than desperate to run to you for help.
But deep inside, I know I can't

You were the one who taught me that long ago.

I must learn from myself.
