A therapist stares quietly
at his too perceptive patient
as he turns his questions back on him:

Do you ever feel hopeless?
Do you ever stare into the darkness
wondering what it's like to be dead?

He becomes a bit more weary
as he finds the answer to be yes,
and his throat constricts as he begins to sob.
tears he hasn't felt since childhood.

suddenly, doctor becomes patient.

(please help me, this is missing SO much, but I don't know what to do with it, it's just an idea really)
