Seraph

*Seraph

Just the melody of your voice takes me away
Just to hear you say," I love you" in that special way
Life was moonless before you came
The smile that covers my face, when you say my name

The touch of a piece of skin against mine
Always sending shivers down my spine
Your warm breath on me
Always giving me butterflies in my tummy

Your eyes with their piercing color
Looking at me, making my heart beat faster
Your lips, so comforting and soft
Against mine, sweeter than the warmest loft

Just the melody of your voice takes me away
Your eyes with their piercing color
The touch of a piece of skin against mine
You're not a human but a seraph in disguise
