Cancer. (really important)

by Marta   Jun 6, 2004

Her eyes are swollen,
shes hardly breathing.
Her throat is soar,
shes having trouble eating.

Her body is sweaty,
her head has an ache.
She cant sleep,
shes always awake.

Shes so weak,
she cant move at all.
She cant stand up straight,
or else she will fall.

She see\'s people crying,
shes in a weird place.
Everyone in that room,
has a worried look on their face.

Shes now in a room,
everythings white.
The doctors tell her,
that she lost the fight.

The doctors tell her,
its in her heart.
It spread to her lungs,
theres no end to its start.

She starts to tremble,
and her body turns cold.
Shes really scared now,
shes only 14 years old.

Her mother is crying,
she tells her its ok.
She says it was Gods plan,
for her to die this way.

Shes in the hospital,
listening to the beeping.
The notes get longer,
and she is forever sleeping.

Her mother screams,
her father sheds a tear.
She died real strong,
more courage then fear.

So that pink ribbon,
is worn everyway.
For all those people,
who could be dieing everyday.

Beautiful poem. One suggestion for the last line.
    Who die every day

I think it reads slightly better. If you correct some of this
    e.g cant=can't
you should repost it into the sad poems. I think it will get more readers.
