Ill Be Missin You (to my dad)

Lately I've been thinking about life without you
I know its gonna be hard but I know I'll make it through

Although we had ups and downs, and didn't always get along
I'd rather have you hear with us then have you gone

I never pictured myself to cry
But the thought of you not being here makes tears fall from my eyes

From bike rides, to talks, to staying up late watching TV together
I don't care about the bad times, just the better

Years have past now and were slowly drifting apart
But the good times we shared will always be in my heart

I never thought it could hurt this bad
But I'll always love and miss you Dad

I hope you liked my poem.
My father is very sick and i wrote this poem because i had to express how loosing him would make me feel. We haven't been getting along lately but i still love him. So i just want to say to all the people who may not get along with there dad, TRY to work it out because he may been gone 2-morrow you never know. I thought it wouldn't hurt me. But it did, so i advise you to work it out because neither of you are promised tomorrow
