Starless Night

Before I met you, my life was a starless night. Although stars were shining upon me, they dared not to give me any light. But once I saw a shooting star racing across the sky, I knew that was the moment that my life was going to start to have meaning. It wasn't before long that it took me to realize that that shooting star was you. All the happiness that I've kept locked inside of me, all the dreams, all the wishes, ended up going straight to you....

It's only certain that I gave my all for you. The darkness, surrounding me, I long for the light of which only you possess. The abyss, tension of it all, arising into a great depression. You were there, but in a second you were gone. It's like the clouds of the night are shielding my love from reaching out to you. I let all Hell release, as I screamed: "Please God, give me one more chance." If only the angel's piercing cry hadn't affected the way the wind changed; My pleas were declined by the starless sky, as I wandered back into the ark of peeling reality, slowly dying... in my own starless night, without the warmth of your light.
