No chance...

by Marionette   Sep 28, 2008

In the darkest hour
Of the darkest night,
I search for comfort,
I search the light.
The moon is shining,
The stars are bright.
I'm trying to find
The reasons to fight.

If I'd have a chance,
I'd tell you my lies.
If I'd have a chance,
I'd drop my disguise.
If I'd have a chance,
I'd dry your eyes.
If I'd have a chance,
I'd say good-bye.

But I don't have this chance,
I have no chance at all.
I'm sick and I'm tired,
I'm feeling so small.
I want you to be there,
To see when i fall.
J have a phone,
But no strength to call...

I'm dying.....

Hedy, I appreciate your poem. Though I feel that somehow your poem is little repetitive but it managed to touch my heart. I liked it. Good one!
