It is amazing, over the years, the different projection roles Alice of Wonderland fame has taken on (I personally have used her/it several times over the span of my years of creating "poetry".) Ironically, I have tended to put a "sadness" from her in most of my work...one of the reasons I am so attracted to this particular poem, as it has a reasonce
upon my very sinews as if some Orphic tune is being played upon them...this creator has taken a very over worked variation of Alice and somehow was able to transend it and make it her own personal manifesto/statement while giving it an equally universal feel...and with a wry sardonic twist ends the material with a quite refreshing different "Alicean poem" - "and now is Alice's end." Ah, it is done deftly with overall apomb to its whole that the work ends right on point! (Not an easy thing to accomplish even by the most gifted of poets.

I liked how you took Alice, a character so widely known, and gave her common problems that the adolecents of our world today go through. I really enjoyed it.
    Nice work
