Sonnet: Theft

by Katie   Oct 1, 2008

With her hands over his eyes,
She couldn't help but scream.
She tried to hide his lies.
This had to be a dream.

There was simply no more.
She couldn't help but leave.
What was he there for?
She would not believe.

With his heart by her side,
She began to run.
She couldn't hide,
What they've begun.

There wasn't any left.
His actions became theft.

I feel like there is some hidden meaning that I am missing. There should be a hint somewhere.

What's it about, I like it but I don't get it...or maybe it's meant to be that way ?
