Not a single day goes by
Where I don't think of you
Trying to escape this nightmare
Is becoming too much to do

I drink too much
And now smoke weed
Trying to get over you
But my heart continues to bleed

I loved you with all my heart
And thought you were the one
But you went and did something
Something that can't be undone

I can no longer hope
That I will see your face
That in your arms
I'll be embraced

The touch of your skin
Still lingers on my hands
I've been knocked down
And can no longer stand

How do I go on,
Without you here?
And now I'm all alone
Sitting in this puddle of tears

One day we will meet again
But it will never be the same
Because of what you did
You are the one to blame

I love you so very much
I don't ever want to say goodbye
You'll stay in my thoughts
Until the day I die

    This is one heart felt poem that I can so relate to I feel the love and hurt here in ur words and it brought tears to my eyes for I know what u r going throught I lost someone very special to me this year to suicide and it hurts and I still have not moved on i will love her as u said untill the day I die thanks for sharing this poem with all of us 5/5
