Torn apart

Two days past 2 years old
Got torn apart
Between mom and dad
They all say different things
I don't know what to believe

Just turned 4 the other day
Asked mom where daddy was
But all I go were lies
And once again
I was torn
Between mom and dad
Don't know what to believe

About ready to turn 18
My dad comes up and says to me
"Baby you can change your life. Your
old enough now. Why don't you come stay with me"

I set down for awhile
to think what my dad just said
And I know that I would be torn between
my mom and my dad.
