The night is dark
her eyes are red
so many thoughts inside her head
on the pillow one on the door
things about what was the before
why did the flowers have to wilt
was it the sun high on there stilt
why did the cards he wrote have to fade
why did the picture be betrayed
why did her heart have to brake
