Heartbroken

{A piece of my heart goes}
{And only blood continues to flow}

Happiness is just a memory in the past
Emotions of love don't ever last
A simple call and i shed a tear
Remembering all the moments which were so dear
Trying to make things work, only bliss and sorrow
But, always, i'm stuck with the ghost of tomorrow
Reading love poems and singing love songs
Or recollecting the times i thought of you all day long
Keeping thought safe guarded in my head
Even locking my heart away, for no more tears to be shed
Never will i love again
