You'll Be Alright..

by Mackenzie   Oct 6, 2008

Looking at me, there he stands
While I lay there in fright
He lifts the metal baseball bat
And whispers, "You'll be alright."

Trying to stifle the tears
Holding back with all my might
He raises it, just once more
Now louder, "You'll be alright."

Week by week, day by day
There is nothing 'cept the sight
Of my loving, caring boyfriend
Saying, "You will be alright."

Laying in my own bed
Like another normal night,
Yet this time I'M the one to decide
That I will be alright.

Running down the road to you
I mad sure to bring a knife.
As I brought it down on you,
I simply whispered, "You'll be alright.."

    oh macky...
    we need to talk.
    soon.
    i love you hunni.
and i'm always here for you.
    always...

"when i can't be with you dream me near.
keep me in your heart and i'll appear.
All you gotta do is turn around, look inside...
    i'm right here"
