She wonders around
this empty town
of darkness
she is alone
and confused
she walks from place to place
looking and listing
for someone to help her home
it is dark
and nothing but fog
she gives up and just sits
down on the curb
she pulls a black bag
out of her pocket
she opens it and looks
at a picture of the guy who
broke her heart
she flips it over
and there is a razor blade taped to the back
then she pulls out a tiny
zip lock bag
and in it are about 20 random pills
and the last thing
is a letter from the guy
telling her how much
of a mistake she was
she reads the letter
with tears in her eyes
then she takes the pills
and gets the razor blade
and slits her wrist
so deep there was a pool of blood
before no time
spelling his name
she lays down
.........................
and the next thing she knew
she is awake in a hospital bed
and the love of her life
the one who caused everything
is sitting next to her bed
in tears
she taps his arm
he realizes she is awake
he was over come with
his feelings
he could not help but to hold her
she pushes him away
with the little strength
she had
while telling him
to leave her side
that she is over him
that she wants nothing to do with him
that alone broke his heart
she says" you broke me in a million pieces
and i have done something
i should never have done
but now i have been
reborn
and i am over you"
he says he understands
and that he is sorry
for all the pain...
she lives another day
he lives with another
