Everything just fell down with a crash,
Hard on the floor it all went smash.
I couldn't even stop it but silently watched it break,
Everything we had seemed so far from fake.

And yet it's all so over,
There is no chance for things to go any lower.
Cos everything within is just torn apart,
There is nothing left to give life a start.

I treasured you, honored you and gave you all I had,
But everything just changed from good to bad.
And I'm left thinking why did I fall for you.
I should have walked away, paying less attention to you.

But I'm drowning in my own heartache and pain,
Watching as life turns into one of it's silly little games.
Yes, I am feeling this pain,
Watching as the sun turns to rain.

Blinded by this so-called love,
All that's left over is a soul to starve.
For heart and mind are drenched in pain,
Nothing will change or remove this stain.

Of life and love that failed so tragically soon,
Thought that it would shine bright like a full moon.
