They don't understand

Tell me why are you doing this to me? I am not crazy. I am not insane.
You just don't understand what I am going through.Please don't put me in the car.
I am begging you there is nothing wrong. I just do it so that I don't have to feel the pain.
Why are we at this place all I hear is screaming and crying.
You just don't understand. They tease me, they get inside of my head.
That's why i do this. That's why i scratch and cut.
These people can't help me they don't know what I am going through. How can they help when they have never expierenced cutting thereself and doing drugs.
