Pain

by tigerdan   Oct 12, 2008

Here I sit in meditation

to calm my mind and numb my pain
to keep me from going insane
the overwhelming gash in my heart
that sent the pain off the chart

I carry it where ever I go
where ever the wind may blow
can you feel my sorrow?
I feel it even as the sun or moon may glow

my pain does not dissipate
forever it will be, as I anticipate
like a heavy bolder placed over me
to always be destined to bleed

so here I sit in meditation
to calm my mind and numb my pain.

This poem is sad, yet just as beautiful as ever. The poem flows wonderfully. Keep writing my friend.
