Fly Away

As she walks down the street
it rains
she cries as she walks
because of her pains

she stops to stare
at the sky
and she wonders
"Why me, oh why?"

Her biggest dream
is to fly
to spread out her wings
and soar high

But she feels trapped
to the ground
and she's silent
for she makes not a sound

Her feelings are what
she hides
her heart is split
in two different sides

All she really wants
is for someone to see
that deep down inside
that girl is me
