Over the horizon

by ellewen   Oct 14, 2008

Sunsets illustrate us
beauty surrounding your iris as I fade
into reflections capturing all that remains
within that glimmer of hope in my eyes
I find us intertwined and nowhere
Lost during the day break
you caught me rolling into your ocean
ignoring every resistance of the current
I bare your embrace on the horizon
farther then any extent
its my maximum that you endure
in my existence lies the promise
despite whatever is at stake
its of you that I'm sure
till the end I refuse to break
as we wash up on the shore
