May be friends but still something there

On the phone
hearing your voice
actually talking to me.
No upsetness,
no anger,
not even anything bad
just grown up.

I did miss a couple of things,
and by how things are been natural
is the best part from all of this.

We may be friends,
but I sense something strong
from each other.
I think you know what I mean,
your just being careful
like I am.

Things blended in
strangely so well,
but still have my eye
on the look out.
It feels good, but still cautious.
