Who are we?

by Ciara   Oct 20, 2008

You can not fight what is right
Nor can you fight what is wrong
Dreams, ambitions
Life and love
Should all be rapped up into one.

In what may I ask is selfish?
And what may I ask is crime?
For we are only human
And human we shall always stay.

Centuries of heartache formed beyond this world,
Formed from something beyond our control,
What is it?
Something we can only see for ourselves.
Something only creatures can see?
Who are we?
Who are we?
What is love?
What is death?
Who are we ?

    A great question..'who are we?'

The contrasts between right and wrong, life and death..human indeed. Animals have no such moral dilemmas. Humans question everything, it is our nature to scrutinise and dissect the natural world and ourselves.

We are human and that is no crime, only our nature. Ultimately our essence.

Well done on this unique form.
