Coin

by Conrad   Oct 21, 2008

Coin flip me all around
until you fall on to the ground.
The way is set.
This coin will tell me if its right.

Heads or tails
Succeed or fail.
It has never been so hard to flip.
Like chancing your life.

Heads for her
Tails for sorrow.
I must see her;
heads must follow.

But is she right?
Was it just for spite?
Did she know she hurt me?
Tails feels so hollow.

Dry wind blowing gently
God help this coin.
Flip to me
For truth and love.
