The Safari of the Boudoir

by Richard S   Oct 22, 2008

Sun setting over plains of desire.
Shadows get longer next to our fire,
As we set on our journey over the veld,
In hopes of finding the rarest of pelts.

The journey begins over satin plains.
Fragrant zephyrs give promise of carnal gains.
And on the horizon a feature arises.
This landscape is constantly full of surprises.

The sensual foothills beg to be sought.
A view such as this could never be bought.
Only those with adventure deep in their heart,
Could seek out this vista right from the start.

The thrill of safari leads to the climb,
Pausing to gaze over views so sublime.
But pushing on over the crest of the hill,
The twin peaks of Sheba add to the thrill.

Awe struck and breathless at nature's delight,
The valley below can only invite.
With gardens that shelter the oasis of pleasure,
Only love for this land could reveal its treasure.

This is absolutely beautiful. The nature at it's best, breath taking, touching, beautiuful. Well written, kel.
