My heart; what is a heart?
Solemn time-keeper,
anxiety ridden, counting seconds.

A face; lost, crowded streets.
Map of your life,
wrinkles counting back the days.

Your love; an anchor, solid, sure.
Honest, contradicting, my blanket.
sleeping, counting all your heartbeats.
