The Value of insanity

by JacKnife Jessica   Oct 22, 2008

People tell me to tighten the screw thats loose
but how do i get rid of these voices
why cant i just live my life
without these constant noises

people are fading in and out
of this world you may call sane
but maybe all of you are the psychopaths
and thats why you're all the same

I'm different because I'm normal, i have a gift,
seeing and hearing things no one else does
they are insane for believing in things
like heaven and god above

I'll cut my wrists to get rid of the blood because
theres some type of demon inside
I'll hide in my room in the dark cold place
where i live, where i reside

i scream to break the silence
the silence, it hurts my brain
the ward is where i truly belong
where I'll be safe from pain
